| Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic radical surgery combined with pelvic lymph node dissection in patients with bladder cancer, and to understand the difference between different methods of urinary diversion. Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients diagnosed with bladder cancer and undergoing laparoscopic radical cystectomy combined with pelvic lymph node dissection from January 2013 to January 2016 in the People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uyqhu Autonomous Region. The data collected were based on different methods of lymph node dissection.Divided into A and B groups.Group A: Standard pelvic lymph node dissection group(62 cases);Group B:Local pelvic lymph node dissection group(56 cases). Results:This study included 118 patients,108 males and 10 females. There was no recurrence survival in group A and B2,and the time comparison value of t =5.19,P <0.05 showed statistical difference. The survival time of the two groups without recurrence was t =5.186,and P <0.05 was statistically significant. There was a difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between ureteral fistula after laparoscopic total cystectomy and in situ ileus. Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical lymph node dissection for radical bladder cancer patients improves their disease-free survival and overall survival. It is especially important for lymph node-positive patients to undergo standard lymph node dissection. The postoperative complications of ureterolithotomy after laparoscopic total cystectomy were lower than those of orthotopic ileal cystectomy. |
