Objective:A clinical study on the correlation between female infants with premature thelarche and environmental endocrine disruptors bisphenol A,diethyl phthalate,4-nitrophenol,diethylhexyl phthalate.Method:Using case-control study method, collecting 80 female infants with premature thelarche?IPT group?were diagnosed in the endocrinology department of Children's Hospital in Jiangxi Province, from October 2015 to February 2016,and collecting healthy non-breast development female infants 30 cases?the control group?.All cases were accepted the questionnaire survey, sex hormones test, uterus and breast ultrasonic testing. Then to measure all cases serum bisphenol A,diethyl phthalate,4-nitrophenol,diethylhexyl phthalate level with the method of high performance liquid chromatography. Finally, use the method of t-test and Pearson-test to analyze the correlation between serum BPA,DEP,4-NP,DEHP content and clinical parameter.Result:After one year following-up,the IPT group included 62 cases with the mean age of 32.35±3.38 months and all older than two years, then divide them into the faded-away group and non faded-away-group on the basis of whether the breast faded away. The faded–away group included 33 cases with the mean age of 31.45±3.30months and the fading rate was 53.2%and the non-faded–away group included 29cases,there was only one case was diagnosed with idiopathic central precocious puberty. Results of t-test:there were significant differences between the IPT group and the control group in serum level of BPA,DEP,4-NP,DEHP,E2?p<0.05?.While there were no significant differences between the IPT group and the control group in the age,the basal level of serum LH and FSH,the uterine volume?P>0.05?.There were significant differences between the breast faded-away group and the non-faded-away group in the basal level of serum LH and E2,the breast volume?p<0.05?.While there were no significant differences between the breast faded-away group and the non-faded-away group in the basal level of serum FSH,the uterine volume?P>0.05?,the serum level of BPA,DEP,4-NP,DEHP?P>0.05?.Results of Pearson-test:In the IPT group, while there were no significant correlation between the serum level of BPA,DEP,4-NP,DEHP and the basal level of serum LH,FSH,E2?P>0.05?.There were no significant correlation between the serum level of BPA,DEP,4-NP,DEHP and the age, uterine volume, breast volume either.?P>0.05?.Conclusion:Female infants from one month to two years old with premature thelarche have higher serum BPA,DEP,4-NP,DEHP content and E2 level than the healthy infants, and the occurrence of premature thelarche may relate to serum BPA,DEP,4-NP,DEHP content E2 level. For female infants more than two years old,the breast do not fade away may relate to the higher basic serum level of LH,E2 and breast volume. While whether the breast fade away may be not related to serum BPA,DEP,4-NP,DEHP content. The serum level of EEDs and estrogen may be two independent risk factors related to female infants from one month to two years old with premature thelarche.
