Analysis Of Correlation Between Abnormal Glucose And Lipid Metabolism In Northwest Dryness Syndrome And NAFLD

Objective: The characteristics of NAFLD patients with abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism and the relationship with NDS were analyzed to investigate the risk factors of NAFLD in Xinjiang.Methods: Between June 2016 and December 2017,patients diagnosed with NAFLD and health examinations were collected from the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and the Hami Regional Central Hospital.NAFLD patients were divided into NAFLD with abnormal blood glucose group and NAFLD with lipids according to biochemical results.The abnormal group,NAFLD combined with abnormal blood glucose and lipids,and NAFLD alone group were used.Statistical analysis was used to analyze the differences and correlations between the indexes.Results:(1)Blood pressure,BMI,and waist circumference were higher in the NAFLD group than in the control group(P<0.05);systolic blood pressure was higher in NAFLD patients with abnormal blood glucose and lipids than in NAFLD with dyslipidemia and NAFLD alone(P<0.05);The diastolic blood pressure in patients with abnormal blood glucose and lipids was higher than that in patients with NAFLD with blood glucose abnormalities and NAFLD with dyslipidemia(P<0.05).The waist-to-hip ratio in patients with NAFLD and blood glucose and lipid abnormalities was higher than that in NAFLD patients with dyslipidemia and NAFLD alone.(P<0.05).(2)ALT,AST,GTT,TC,TG and GLU in NAFLD group were higher than those in control group,and HDL-C was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).(3)The prevalence of NDS in the NAFLD group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)The total scores of the NDS and the scores of the main syndrome and the syndrome were higher in the NAFLD group than in the control group(P<0.05).(5)Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that blood pressure,BMI,waist circumference,ALT,AST,GTT,TC,TG,LDL-C,GLU,whether NDS were risk factors for NAFLD,and HDL-C was NAFLD Protective factors(P<0.05);Multivariate Logistic regression showed that: BMI,waist circumference,AST,GGT,TC,TG,GLU,whether the NDS entered the regression model(P<0.05).Conclusions: Patients with NAFLD in Xinjiang are often accompanied by a syndrome of northwest dryness and severe symptoms.Obesity,hypertension,abnormal blood glucose and(or)lipid metabolism,and whether or not the NDS are risk factors for NAFLD.These risk factors often accompany NAFLD and interact with each other.cause and effect.
