Clinical Observation Of Breast Milk Plus Breast Milk Additive And Deep Hydrolyzed Protein Formula To Preterm Formula Milk On Feeding And Recent Growth Of Very Low Birth Weight Infants

Objective: To investigate feeding effect and short-term growth of breastfeeding and the extensively hydrolyzed protein formula to standard preterm formula for very low birth weight infants(VLBW).Method: From September 2015 to May 2017,VLBW was admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical university.According to the open milk kind,divided into breast milk group and formula group(eHF for 10-14 days,which vital signs stable and weighing 1500 g,to SPF feeding).Record clinical data.The feeding,growth,blood biochemical index and the maincomplications were compared between the two groups.Results: There was no significant difference in retinapathy of premature and bronchopulmonary dysplasia of neonates between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of feeding intolerance,nosocomial infection and neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis of breast milk group was lower than that the formula group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breastfeeding can reduce the incidence of FI,nosocomial infection and NEC of VLBW.Should vigorously promote breastfeeding and establish breast milk bank in the neonatal intensive care ward.
