| Objective:to analyse the clinical effect of bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.Methods: 2011-1/2015-8 collection of Xin Jiang Medical Universit yl of advanced colon and 422 cases of colorectal cancer pat ients,81 cases in the observation group for bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy,341 cases in the control group,for chemotherapy alone,two chemotherapy regimens with oxaliplatin(OXA)and irinotecan(CPT-11)chemotherapy based drugs were compared bet ween the two groups the clinical efficacy,safet y and long-term survival.Results: in the observation group objective response rate(RR),clinical benefit rate(CBR)were 27.2%,82.7%,median PFS and median OS was 8.5 months,19.3 months,the control group objective response rate(RR),clinical benefit rate(CBR)were 13%,57.2%,in PFS,the median OS was 4.9 months and 13.5 months,the differences were statisticall y significant(Average p<0.001),the observation group in the first-line chemotherapy regimen combined with bevacizumab in the total effective rate was 89.7%,median PFS and median OS was 10.3 months,23.1 months,second-line chemotherapy combined with bevacizumab single-the total effective rate was 69%,median PFS and median OS was 6.8 months,16.2 months,the differences were statisticall y significant(Averagep<0.05).Adverse reactions related to bevacizumab with hypertension in 13 cases,8 cases of proteinuria,7 cases with rash,5 cases of bleeding,but most of them are 1-2,were generall y well t olerated.Conclusion :Bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy can significantl y improve the advanced colorectal cancer treatment efficacy and survival time,less side effects;bevacizumab combined with XELOX regi men chemotherapy in the long term effect is bett er than other schemes,and no matter what kind of chemotherapy,the prognosis of left colon cancer patients was significantl y better than that of right colon cancer. |
