Objective: To understand the pathogeny distribution characteristics of communi ty acquired pneumonia in the pediatric ward of our hospital. Methods: Clinical dat-a of 647 children with CAP and hospitalized in Department of pediatric ward of t-he Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from janauary 2016 to December 2016 was collected. These data mainly include the results of sputum culture and the results of serum aetiology Ig M antibody test, and then analysis of the results.Results:(1)Among 647 hospitalized children with CAP,456 cases we re positive for etiological tests, and the detection rate was 70.48%.Among them,Klebsiella pneumoniae was the main pathogen, and the main non bacterial pathoge ns were influenza B virus and Mycoplasma pneumoniae.(2)There were 63 sputum positive bacteria,66 strains of bacteria, high detection in spring and w-inter(45 ca-ses),accounting for 68.18% of the total bacteria.(3)My-coplasma pneumonia oc curs in over 5 years old(and over 1-3 years group,P<0.05);Mycoplasma pneum oniae infection in spring and summer than in winter and au-tumn(P<0.05);chlam ydia pneumonia occurred in the age group(>5 compared with less than 1 years o ld),in different seasons the incidence rate difference was not statistically meanin-g;respiratory syncytial virus occurs in less than 1 years old group(over>5 years),i n different seasons of incidence rate difference was not statistically significant;(4)In fluenza B group age distribution in older children,1-3 years old group 3-5 ye-ars old group 5 years old group is greater than that in less than 1 years old group in incidence, influenza B season distribution mainly in autumn(compared with summ er group);more than 2 kinds of pathogeny mixed infection(respiratory tract nine ex amination)in 1-3 years old group 3-5 years old group>5 years old group is great er than those under 1 years old group in incidence(P≤0.001),winter low incidence, than spring summer and autumn,P<0.01;(5)mixed infection, and atypical patho gens accou-nted for a large proportion. Conclusion: CAP occurred in the autumn a nd winter, and mainly concentrated in the infant age;bacterial infections in the wi nter and spring, and mainly concentrated in infant;mycoplasma pneumonia occurs i n children over the age of 5,occurred in spring and summer;chlamydia pneumoni a occurs in more than 5 years old children, respiratory syncytial virus occurred in children below 1 years old B,flow occurred in autumn, concentrated in the infant;pay attention to atypical pathogens, and mixed infection.
