The Curative Effect Of Uterine Artery Embolization Combined With Removal Of Intrauterine Pregnancy Tissue Under Hysteroscopy In The Treatment Of Uterine Scar Pregnancy

Objective :To analyze the curative effect of uterine artery embolization(UAE)combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of uterine scar pregnancy(CSP),and to analyze the influencing factors of the effect,and provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods :Were retrospectively analyzed in August 2014-August 2017 xinjiang medical university first affiliated hospital of department of gynaecology treated with uterine artery embolization for the treatment of postoperative lesion clearance under hysteroscopy in 182 patients with uterine scar pregnancy,according to the clinical treatment effect can be divided into successful group(n = 162)and failure group(n = 20),the comparison between groups may affect the efficacy of clinical data and preoperative related indicators on the single factor analysis of postoperative and then USES the multi-factor Logistic regression analysis the related risk factors for selected patients with treatment failure.Results:162patients with CSP were successfully terminated by hysteroscopy after uterine arterial embolization,and the success rate was 89%.20 cases of treatment failure,the failure rate is 11%,the single factor analysis showed that the pregnancy tissue diameter,human chorionic gonadotropin(h CG)as well as the type and the curative effect of scar pregnancy success(P < 0.05),Logistic regression analysis revealed that the pregnancy tissue diameter,human chorionic gonadotropin(h CG)and the types of scar pregnancy is selective uterine artery embolization for the treatment of postoperative qing dynasty palace under hysteroscopy uterine scar pregnancy possible independent factors affecting the curative effect of success.Conclusions:The risk factors that affect the treatment effect should be recognized early in the patients with scar pregnancy,and timely and effective standard treatment can improve the prognosis.Uterine artery embolization combined hysteroscopy under the qing dynasty palace is relatively safe and effective treatment of uterine scar pregnancy treatment measures,grasp its influence factor,with appropriate responses,can greatly improve the therapeutic effect.
