Objective: Study on the safety and efficacy of Protection Technology of side-branch ballon in the treatment of bifurcation Lesions with PCI.Methods : From December 2015 to June 2017,there were 80 patients hospitalized with coronary heart disease in the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.44 cases were randomly divided into observation Group(male 31 cases, female 13 cases),control group 45 cases(male 30 cases, female 15 cases). The patients were selected to conform to the standard coronary bifurcation lesions. There was no statistically significant differe nce in age,sex and basic disease between the two groups.Observation group used collateral balloon to protect bifurcation vessels in PCI.In the control group, only single guide wires were used to protect bifurcation vessels in PCI.To respectively observe the safety and the efficacy of immediate, postoperative 1 months,3 months,6 months on the two groups in PCI.Results: The success rate of PCI in both groups was 100%.The intervention time, contrast dosage, stenosis or occlusion of branch vessels, the number of stent implantation and the clinical symptoms(such as chest pain)decreased significantly compared with those in the control group. The difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).Adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)during the period of hospitalization and 1 months,3 months and 6 months of follow-up were significantly reduced in the observation group compared with the control group. The difference is statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions : The technique of collateral balloon protection is more beneficial to patients with PCI in coronary Artery branch lesions, less intraoperative and postoperative adverse events, shorter operation time and less surgical radiation of patients and physicians.
