Objective:This paper,by detecting and analyzing the outer sub-groups of lymphocyte cells, peripheral blood mononuclear cell ratio, peripheral blood lymphocyte ratio and immune globulin of CML patients who have different reactions to the treatment, intends to study the correlation between the data and CML treatment.Materials and Methods:48 patients who have received TKI treatment and have been to the clinic for over half a year are recorded in this paper. Those patients are divided into different groups according to their reactions to the treatments.the outer sub-groups of T cells, blood routine and immunologic function are examined and compared. Results:The ratio of CD4+/CD8+T cell subgroup in peripheral blood of the patients only reach complete cytoge—netic response were significantly lower than those in the major molecu—lar response group(P < 0.05)but the percentages of CD3+ cell subgroup?CD16+56+ cell subgroup?CD19+ cell subgroup and the immunoglobulin G?immunoglobulin A?immunoglobulin M?mononuclear cell ratio?lymphocyte ratio in peripheral blood of the patients in each groups had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:Imbalance of the outer sub-group of T cells has been found in CML patients, which signifies immunosuppression in organism. The indicator levels have some relation with the patients' curative effects, which can be utilized as assistant indicator of the treatment. As for whether the peripheral blood mononuclear cell ratio, peripheral blood lymphocyte ratio or immune globulin has any relation with the patients' curative effects, there should be further studies.
