Objective:Through the follow-up for moyamoya disease patients who had direct vascular reconstruction to evaluate the postoperative effect, especially whether the cerebral vascular reconstruction surgery is help to reduce the probability of recurrence of cerebral hemorrhage or postpone the course of disease of bleed moyamoya patients. Methods:Refer to the Moyamoya Disease Diagnosis Guide in 2012(Japan),etc.,we selected the patients who had cerebral vascular reconstruction surgery during January2012 to December 2016 in the second affiliated hospital of nanchang university, and the patients had diagnosised as moyamoya disease at the same time without any cerebral surgeries to follow-up,contrasting the analysis of two kinds of patients since clinic during illness development status, and comparative literature bleeding in patients with moyamoya disease probability and the proportion of patients with bleeding repeatedly,to explore cerebral vascular reconstructive surgery for treatment of the clinical value of bleed group moyamoya disease. Results:Postoperative bleeding in the brain ischemic patients with moyamoya disease was significantly lower than the ratio of the conservative treatment(4% vs.15.78%),ischemic patients with moyamoya disease was statistically significant difference(P< 0.05).Have line of surgical treatment of the recurrence of bleeding in the brain blood type patients with moyamoya disease is also lower than the ratio of line out of conservative treatment(0% vs.12.5%),blood type patients with moyamoya disease was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The result is also lower than the known literature bleeding probability of moyamoya disease.Comparison of preoperative and postoperative cerebral blood flow in patients: Cerebral blood flow in patients in the surgical group was significantly improved compared with preoperative. No significant improvement in cerebral blood flow during follow-up was observed in patients with conservative treatment.Ipsilateral cerebrovascular even further narrowing, hyperplasia.During the follow-up period, the patient's symptoms improved: Most of the patients had a certain degree of remission after the operation.Compared with the conservative treatment group, the contrast was obviously better than the conservative treatment. Conclusion:Cerebral vascular reconstruction surgery on the blood type patients with moyamoya disease can improve brain blood supply situation in theory, which effectively relieved the symptoms,at the same time also reduced the long-term risk of cerebral hemorrhage smoke disease to a certain extent,So cerebral revascularization surgery is a kind of effective treatment for the illness.
