Objective:Introduce mindfulness cognitive therapy in the clinical pathway treatment of depressive disorder,draw up a short-term mind-mind cognitive group plan for acute depressive disorder in early adulthood and verify its feasibility and effectiveness,and verify that the treatment plan is applied in the short-to-medium-term two phases.The effect of changes in depression levels,interpersonal problems,and influencing factors on patients;and the subjective feedback of patients and their families to explore the impact of short-term mind-mind cognitive group psychotherapy programs on doctor-patient relationships,parent-child relationships,and self-cognition.Method:Investigation of the status quo: From October 2015 to April 2016,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 159 patients with depressive disorder in the early adulthood to understand the characteristics of their interpersonal problems and compare them with scores of general healthy people.The level of mindfulness and depression of the patients were compared.Conduct investigations;analyze relevant factors that affect interpersonal problems in patients with depressive disorder in early adulthood;The intervention plan was drafted: through reviewing the literature and combining the existing investigation and research status,a procedural “short-range mindfulness cognitive therapy interpersonal group therapy course” was developed in conjunction with the psychiatric clinical nursing route.The pre-experiment was perfect,and six interventions were formed during the hospitalization period.Each time 80 min,2 months after discharge,the study design was again evaluated;Intervention Study: From April 2016 to September 2017,60 patients withdepressive disorder at the early adult age in a psychiatric department of a tertiary hospital in Shanxi Province were selected as study subjects.When the patient was admitted to the hospital,the subjects were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group by a single-blind method,and 30 patients in each group were evaluated before and after each dimension of the study index.The control group was performed according to the routine clinical nursing path for depressive disorders;on the basis of this,the intervention group received six short-term mind-mind cognitive therapy interpersonal therapy courses during the hospital stay and six telephone calls and WeChat two months after discharge.Conduct targeted interventions and follow-ups and review at the end.The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0.The qualitative data in the general data were analyzed by chi-square test,and the quantitative data were analyzed by two-sample independent t test.The analysis of intervention effects was performed by repeated measures multivariate analysis of variance.Result:1.Current status survey results:The total score of interpersonal problems among depressive patients in early adulthood was divided into 77.42 ±19.780,which was higher than that in general healthy people(P<0.01);the level of mindfulness was 108.79 ±12.57,which was lower than that of healthy people(t=-8.79(P<0.01);There was a correlation between depression level and interpersonal problem scores,which showed a significant positive correlation.Further regression analysis found that both the patient’s depression level and the descriptive dimension of mindfulness had a predictive effect on the patient’s interpersonal problems,which together explained 69.2% of interpersonal problems in patients with depressive disorder in early adulthood.2.Intervention study resultsThe interpersonal problems of the subjects at the time of admission,at the time of discharge,and two months of discharge were significantly different(P<0.01)in the time effect and grouping effect,and there was an interaction;observation,descriptionin the mindfulness level,On time of awareness,inaction and total scores,the time effect and group effect were significant(P<0.01),and there was an interaction between observation,description,awareness,and inaction(P<0.01);the depression level of both groups was at the time of admission,There were significant differences in time effects and group effects at the three time points when they were discharged and when they were discharged(P<0.01),and there were interactions.Health education has good feedback,and it has a certain improvement effect on interpersonal problems,mindfulness,depression level and parent-child relationship.Conclusion:The interpersonal problems of patients with depressive disorder in early adulthood are higher than that of general healthy people.The short-term mind-mind cognitive therapy interpersonal group therapy course and corresponding health education have a good effect on improving interpersonal problems and depression levels in patients with depressive disorder in early adulthood and are worthy of promotion.use.
