This paper took the health care expenditure as a target and collected the relevant materials and statistical data.By qualitative and quantitative research, tried to study on the current situation of health care consumption in China and the related factors and the degree of factors.Built statistical models and put forward relevant suggestions and measures for the results of the analysis. The aim of this paper is to provide reference for government when it makes decisions.Firstly, based on the special fundamental realities of the country,it analyzed and explored the status quo of China's medical care consumption.Mainly from the survey of national health expenditure, the difference between urban and rural, the difference between provinces and the comparison between countries in the world. These four aspects described the trend and regularities of the health care expenditure in China. Then,it combined with the study on the influencing factors of health care from the predecessor and made further exploration, established the index system of influencing factors of health care consumption. It through qualitative analysis reserached on the selected indicators one by one. Then,by establishing the classical linear regression model, found that the defects of the model and mapped the importance of spatial statistical analysis. Then it established the spatial lag model and spatial error model, compared these two models. Finally, according to the regression model and the above three parts, drew the conclusion.Firstly, the income level of residents had a positive impact on medical consumption.Secondly, the higher of the education level, the stronger of the medical consumption.Thirdly, the allocation of hospital resources stimulated the medical consumption rise.Fourth, the higher of medical expenses, the more consumption of medica.Fifth, increasing social medical assistance can reduce the medical burden of residents.
