Five complexes,which were named as 1-5,were synthesized with hydrazone derivatives as ligand.The structure of the complexes was characterized by C,H,N elemental analysis,IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction.The insulin-like activity,inhibition of urease activity and antibacterial activity of the complexes were tested.We used KM mouse as an animal model in this experiment and induced diabetic by intrapertoneal injection of streptozotocin.The gavage treatment process,we observed and recorded body weight,food and water intake,blood sugar levels,blood physiological index,activity levels and mental state of the diabetic mouses.5 organic vanadium complexes showed high insulin like activity,which significantly reduced blood glucose in streptozotocin induced type ? diabetic KM mice.5 organic hydrazone vanadium complexes can effectively alleviate the liver and kidney damage caused by diabetes,thereby inhibiting the incidence of related complications.The urease inhibitory activity and antibacterial activity of 5 complexes were studied.The test complexes on 4 test bacteria by MTT(P.Aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus aud Proteus species)antibacterial activitvy the results of antibacterial activity test showed that they had no obvious antibacterial activity.The IC50 of the complexes to the urease test were>100?M,the results of urease inhibitory activity test showed that they had no obvious antibacterial activity.
