Object In this study, patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM)who were hypoglycemic were treated with oral antihyperglycemic drugs.Subjects were treated with either Novo 30 or Novo 50 hypoglycemic therapy for a period of 2 weeks and compared with fasting blood glucose after treatment.(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2h PPG),pre-and post-meal glucose excursions, and hypoglycemia, and comparison of glycemic control efficacy and hypoglycemia risk between the two insulins.Method From October 2016 to January 2018 in the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University,98 cases of T2 DM patients with hypoglycemia(HbA1c ? 7%)were treated with oral antihyperglycemic drugs. The subjects were Hb A1 c 9%.For the demarcation point, there were 48 patients in group A(HbA1c <9%)and 50 patients in group B(Hb A1 c ? 9%).Group A was randomly divided into Novo30 group(24 cases)and Novo50 group(24 cases).Group B was randomly divided into Novo30 group(25 cases)and Novo50 group(25 cases). After the group was enrolled, all subjects stopped taking the original oral hypoglycaemic agent. After two weeks of drug treatment, they were treated with Novo30 and Novo50 twice daily by subcutaneous hypoglycemic therapy. Two weeks after adjusting insulin dosage and hypoglycemic treatment, observe the FPG,2hPPG,blood glucose fluctuations and hypoglycemia before and after meals, and compare the blood glucose control and hypoglycemia risk of the two insulins.Measured data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation.Data differences were compared using two independent samples t-test.Differences in count data were compared using chi-square test.Clinical data were processed by SPSS 20.0 software,P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Result(1)Group A(Hb A1 c < 9%)1 There was no significant difference in FPG reduction between Novo 30 and Novo 50 groups.2 The 2hPPG of Novo50 group was better than Novo30 group, and the difference was statistically significant.3 The blood glucose fluctuations before and after meals in Novo50 group were smaller than those in Novo30 group, and the difference was statistically significant.4 The incidence of hypoglycemia in Novo 30 group was higher than that in Novo50 group, and the difference was statistically significant.(2)Group B(Hb A1 c ? 9%)1 The FPG of Novo30 group was better than Novo50 group, and the difference was statistically significant.2 There was no significant difference in the 2-hPPG reduction between the Novo50 group and the Novo30 group.3 There was no significant difference in blood glucose fluctuation between the Novo50 and Novo 30 groups before and after meals.4 There was no significant difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia between Novo 30 and Novo 50 groups.Conclusion1.For patients with HbA1 c < 9% of T2 DM,compared with Novo 30,the Novo 50 group had more significant control of blood glucose fluctuations before and after 2hPPG,and the risk of hypoglycemia was even lower.About There was no significant difference in controlling FPG among the two groups.2.For patients with T2 DM with HbA1 c ? 9%,the Novo 30 group had better control of FPG than Novo 50 group. The reduction of 2h PPG,decrease of blood glucose fluctuations before and after meal, and the risk of hypoglycemia were similar. There was no significant difference between the Novo 30 group.
