The Study Of Compatible Stability On Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections And Safety Research On Older Patient With Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective Tostudy on stability of three common traditional chinese medicine injections(Shu Xu Ning injection,Danshen injection and shenmai injection)matching with different solvent(glucose injection,fructose injection and glucose injection plus insulin),and effects of Shu Xu Ning injection combined with fructose injection or glucose injection plus insulin on blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and provide a basis for the rationality for clinical use and improve medication safety.Methods(1)The Shuxuening injection,Dansheninjection and Shenmaiinjection were prepared combined with glucose injection,fructose injection and glucose injection plus insulin according to the drug directions and clinical dosage.The solution prepared were stand at room temperature(25±3?),the appearance characters(clarity and color),p H,visible particles,number of insoluble particles(?10?m and ?25?m),the wavelength of maximum absorption,ultraviolet absorbance and principal components contents of the solution were detected let stand for 0h,0.5h,1h,1.5h,2h and 4h.(2)69 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus in seniors treated in our hospital from April 2016 to October2016 as research objects and randomly divided into Group A and Group B.The basic conditions of group A(35 cases)was observed on the first day and treated with program I(Shu Xu Ning injection combined with glucose injection plus insulin)on the 2th,3th days,while the program II(Shu Xu Ning injection combined with fructose injection)was used on the 4th,5th days.The basic conditions of group B(34 cases)was observed on the first day and treated with program IIon the 2th,3th days,while the program Iwas given on the 4th,5th days.The level of blood glucose,hepatic and renal functions,adverse reaction.Results(1)Shuxuening injection,Dansheninjection and Shenmaiinjectioncombined with different solvent(glucose injection,fructose injection and glucose injection plus insulin)and stand at room temperature 4h,the clarity,color,p H,visible particles,number of insoluble particles(?10?m and ?25?m),maximum absorption wavelengh and principal components contents were no significant changes.Each index of stability changed were minimally slight in 2h.Dansheninjectioncombined with fructose injection and glucose injection plus insulin,the ultraviolet absorbance had significant change.(2)The value of blood glucose subtraction in group A at 4th,5thday was slightly lower thanthose at 2th,3thday,and The value of blood glucose subtraction in group B at 4th,5thday was slightly higher than those at 2th,3thday,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Two groups were treated with program I and program II,the related indexes of liver function(ALT,AST,ALP and TBIL)and kidney function(BUN and Cr)were within normal limit,the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05).The adverse reaction rate in group A at 2~3 days was significantly higherthat in 4~5 days,and the adverse reaction rate in group B at 2~3 days was significantly lowerthat in 4~5 days,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuening injection and Shenmaiinjection were prepared combined with glucose injection,fructose injection and glucose injection plus insulin,the related indexes of stability are no significant change stand for 4h at room temperature.Dansheninjectioncombined with fructose injection and glucose injection plus insulin should consider as appropriate.The blood glucose control effect of Shu Xu Ning injection combined with fructose injection on senile patients with type 2 diabetes is better than Shu Xu Ning injection combined with glucose injection plus insulin,have a lower incidence of adverse reactions and higher clinical value.
