Effects Of Manopause Hormone Therapy On Lipids，blood Pressure And Bone Mineral Density In Menopausal Women

Objective To evaluate the effects of manopause hormone therapy on menopausal symptoms,lipids and bone mineral density in menopausal women.Methods Collection of menopausal women attending voluntary surveys in our clinic from December 2015 to December 2017,a total of 208 participants.The overall examination showed no obvious abnormalities in all patients.Perimenopausal women and postmenopausal women were divided into experimental and control groups.Perimenopausal women in 102 cases,51 cases in the experimental group were received Climen,51 cases in the control group were given routine physical examinations.106 cases were postmenopausal women,53 cases in the experimental group were received angeliq,53 cases in the control group were given routine physical examination.Then follow-up and recorded these condition.Four groups of patients were treated with modified Kupperman scoring before the test,after 3months,6months and 1 year.Statistical scores,while monitoring blood lipids,blood pressure levels.Recording the observed efficacy and changes in blood lipids and blood pressure.Detect changes in bone mineral density before and after the test.Results No difference in pre-treatment data between the test group and the control group both in the post-menopausal group and perimenopausal group.In the perimenopause group,the Kupperman score was 8.77±3.34 and the triglyceride was 1.07±0.55 mmol/L,cholesterol was 3.51±0.87 mmol/L,high-density lipoprotein was 1.47±0.26 mmol/L,low-density lipoprotein was 2.88±0.98 mmol/L after 1 year of treatment.Compared with the control group,the data have significant differences(P < 0.05).After treatment for 1 year,the blood pressure in the test group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).After 1 year of treatment,the Kupperman score was 10.39±3.61,systolic blood pressure was 111.85±11.07 mmHg,diastolic blood pressure was 75.29±7.16 mmHg,triglyceride was 1.45±0.59 mmol/L,cholesterol was 4.28±0.18 mmol/L,and high density Lipoprotein was 1.57±0.30 mmol/L,low-density lipoprotein was 3.32±0.91 mmol/L in the test group In the postmenopausal group.Compared with the control group,the data have significant differences(P < 0.05).No matter whether it is the postmenopausal group and the postmenopausal group,the bone mineral density is obviously increased after treatment.There is a significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Menopausal hormone therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of menopausal syndrome.It can reduce total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein,and increase high-density lipoprotein.Angeliq can also reduce blood pressure levels and have cardiovascular protection.Menopausal hormone therapy can also increase bone density and improve bone metabolism.
