Objective:To explore and identify the risk factors of rebleeding within one year after endoscopic treatment of the cirrhosis and esophagogastric variceal bleeding, and to provide theoretical basis and preventive measures for secondary prevention, reduce rebleeding rate, improve survival rate and prognosis. Methods:Analyzed retrospectively from January 2012 to December 2015,a total of 119 patients diagnosed as liver cirhosis and esophagogastric variceal bleeding with integrated medical datas and first treatment under endoscope in our hospital. The follow-up end was 1 year after endoscopic treatment or rebleeding within 1 year after endoscopic treatment. Then the patients were divided into bleeding group of 58 cases, and no bleeding group of 61 cases.A single factor analysis and an unconditioned Logistic regression model analysis were used to analyze the clinical indexes that might affect rebleeding.P values less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant.Results:1.58 cases rebleeding after endoscopic treatments in one year, rebleeding rate was48.7%.2.Between bleeding group and no bleeding group, the single-factor analysis revealedno statistical differences in age, gender, hypertension, diabetes, etiology, history of bleeding,WBC,HGB,PLT,serum Na +,ALT,FIB,hepatocellular carcinoma, portal vein thrombosis, ascites, portal vein diameter, spleen thickness, endoscopic treatment of esophageal varices bleeding, number of treatments, portal hypertensive gastropathy(P > 0.05).Showed statistical difference in ?-blocker,Cr,TBIL,ALB,AST,PT,INR,Child-Pugh score,MELD score and the degree of esophageal varies(P < 0.05).3.The Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed statistical difference in Cr,TBIL,AST and PT(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Rebleeding risk factors include no regular oral?-blocker,Cr,TBIL,ALB,AST,PT,INR,Child-Pugh score,MELD score, and the degree of esophageal varies. The Cr,TBIL,AST and PT are the independent risk factors.2.Cr,TBIL,AST elevation and PT extension may indicate high risk of rehemorrhage within 1 year after endoscopic treatment of liver cirrhosis with EGVB.
