| The research of visual evoked potential is an important research content in the field of Biomedical Engineering at present.It has important role and significance in the field of research and medical application.It has important reference value for the integrity of visual system and the evaluation of visual ability.This paper summarizes the physiological characteristics of visual evoked potential,its physiological basis,the hardware circuit design of the visual evoked potential acquisition system,and the compilation of embedded software.The visual evoked potential acquisition system in this paper is realized as follows: the signal is extracted and transported to the circuit board by the electrode,on the board,signal will be amplified and filtered,then it will be send to the A/D conversion to be the digital part on the board is sent to the upper computer by the A/D conversion,the digital result will be send to the digital part and send to the upper computer.The synchronous signal sent by the optical stimulus synchronization device is received for optical stimulation..Two sets of systems are designed to correct the DC drift that often occur in the experiment,and two different algorithms are designed in the D/A correction.The acquisition system provides a serial port,USB interface and other ways to carry out the transmission,The digital part of the main control chip uses STM32.Compared to the previous EEG signal and the visual evoked potential acquisition system,the power consumption is reduced.A variety of interface combinations are provided to synchronize signal reception and data transmission.The system uses low power design,uses USB interface to supply power supply without additional power adapter.At the same time,it reduces the number of structures and provides more transmission interfaces in space.The size of the equipment is small,and the area is only a little larger than the area of credit card,easy to carry.The equipment was tested to determine its related parameters and performance,and the experiment was designed to extract the visual evoked potential signal,After the acquisition and test experiments,this device can better complete the acquisition and test of the visual induced generation position,and the photoelectric Institute of CAS.The cooperative adaptive optical system equipment successfully extracts and collects the human visual evoked potential signals under different optical stimuli,synchronizes with the related equipment and sends data to the host computer.It can support further research on objective vision by using adaptive optics system,and judge objectively the visual acuity of human body. |
