Objective: to observe the effect of activating blood lipids in treating patients with NAFLD and the effects of serum ALT,AST,gamma-GT,ALP,TNF-?,TGF and FFA.Methods: the NAFLD patients were randomly divided into treatment group(oral Chinese medicine huoxue mesotherapy party),the control group(oral western medicine east treasure Gan Tai),8 weeks after treatment compared two groups of curative effect,serum ALT,AST,gamma GT,ALP,FFA,TGF,TNF-?.Results: 1.The efficacy of the two groups was better than that of the control group(Z=2.545,p=0.011).2.In the control group and the treatment group,the ALT,AST,?-GT,ALP and other indicators were all decreased after treatment(p<0.05),and the treatment was effective.There was no difference in ALT and AST in the two groups before treatment.ALT and AST in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05),and the treatment group decreased ALT and AST,which was better than the control group.Control group and treatment group therapy before gamma GT,ALP mean significant difference(p<0.05),in this paper,two groups of patients with gamma GT,ALP compare difference before and after the treatment,the treatment group reduced gamma GT,ALP effect is better than that of control group(p<0.001,p<0.05).3.The treatment of FFA,TGF,TNF-? and other indicators in the control group and the treatment group were all decreased before treatment(p<0.05),and the treatment was effective.Before treatment,FFA,TGF and TNF-? were not different in the treatment group.After treatment,FFA,TGF and TNF-? were all lower than those in the control group(p<0.05),and the treatment group decreased the effect of FFA,TGF and TNF-?.Conclusion: Chinese medicine huoxue disappear fat can reduce nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with TNF-?,TGF and FFA levels,reduce liver inflammatory reaction,improve patients with liver function,alleviate patients' symptoms and signs and liver disease commonly,party and Chinese medicine huoxue mesotherapy treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease curative effect optimal Yu Dongbao GanTai slices.
