| Objective:To collect the data of parathyroid hormone and hemoglobin of hemodialysis patients,who were diagnosed end-stage renal disease in Qinghai region.Then analysis the functional relationship of the two quotas in the premise no other factors that affect the level of hemoglobin.Thus to explore the possible target interval of parathyroid hormone to correct anemia better.Methods:1、Collecting 122 hemodialysis patients who were dignosed end stage renal disease in nephrology department of affiliated hospital of Qinghai university during April2013 to December 2017.2、The patients’diagnosis of end stage renal disease were diagnosed definitely by testing routine urine test、renal function、ultrasound of kidney and so on.At the same time,the patients had entered the hemodialysis stage,and after excluding the other systemic diseases which could aggravate anemia or ameliorate anemia.The parathyroid hormone level and hemoglobin level of the patients were collected,and the relationship between them was analyzed by function equation.Finding the best interval of iPTH when Hb reached the level of 110-120g/L.Result:1、iPTH was divided into 4 groups according to the level of iPTH:The patients’iPTH level less than 150pg/ml were assigned to the first group.The patients’iPTH level between 150pg/ml to 300pg/ml were assigned to the second group.The patients’iPTH level between 300pg/ml to 800pg/ml were assigned to the third group.The patients’iPTH level more than 800pg/ml were assigned to the fourth group.There was no significant difference in Hb between the first group and the second group(P>0.05),and also no significant difference between the third group and the fourth group(P>0.05).While the Hb level in the first group was higher than that in the third group and fourth group(both P<0.05).At the same time,the Hb level in the second group was higher than that in the third group and fourth group(both P<0.05).2、The regression relationship between parathyroid hormone and hemoglobin is cubic curve.Assuming that hemoglobin is y,and iPTH is x,the regression equation can be listed as follows:y=-2.791*10-8*x3-0.156x+127.135Conclusion:1、With the increase of iPTH,Hb has a downward trend.The decline rate of Hb is fastest when iPTH is in the range of 300-800pg/ml.;2、By analysing curve regression relationship of Hb and iPTH,the relationship of them are more in line with the cubic equation(R2=0.414,P=0.000).The cubic equation can be listed as follows:y=-2.791*10-8*x3-0.156x+127.135;3、According to the cubic equation,the parathyroid hormone needed to below the level of 300pg/ml.At this point,it is most helpful to correct anemia. |
