Objective By analyzing the curative effect of different therapeutic regimens in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy,we explored an economic, effective, safe and reasonable treatment plan to provide reference for effective clinical treatment of patients in Qinghai. Methods In this study,84 cases with a complete and definite diagnosis in the June 2016-December 2017 December of the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University were included in this study(They lived in qinghai for more than 10 years).According to the treatment scheme, they can be divided into: the traditional medicine treatment group was 24 cases: give intravenous drip thrombus 0.4 g,and oral compound Xueshuantong capsule for 2-3 months after discharge.Drug+laser treatment group 21 cases: 2-3 times of retinal laser photocoagulation were performed, and intravenous thrombus was given for 0.4g half a month, and compound Xueshuantong capsule was taken orally for 2-3 months.Anti VEGF treatment group 22 cases: The intravitreal injection of compaitcp was given 1 times.Traditional medicine+laser+ Anti VEGF treatment group 17 cases : 1 times of intravitreal intravitreal injection of compaitcept,1 weeks after the operation, the retina laser photocoagulation was performed, which was completed in 2-3 times.During the period, the venous infusion of thrombus was given for 0.4g half a month, and the capsule was taken for 2-3 months. Results 1.84 cases of PDR patients had improved BCVA,CMT and RNV after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)?2.Curative effect of different PDR treatment group after treatment(BCVA,CMT,RNV)was compared. The effect of traditional medicine + Laser + anti VEGF group was better than the other three groups. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Curative effect of PDR in different treatment group was compared before and after treatment. The curative effect of traditional medicine + Laser + anti VEGF group was better than that of the other three groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Curative effect of PDR in different treatment group was compared before and after treatment. The curative effect of traditional medicine + Laser + anti VEGF group and anti VEGF group was better than those of the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(CMT).However, there was no significant difference between the traditional medicine + Laser + anti VEGF group and the anti VEGF group(P>0.05).Conclusion 1.The best corrected visual acuity, macular fovea thickness and retinal neovascularization leakage area were used as indicators in each group. After treatment, drug plus laser treatment group plus VEGF treatment group is better than the other three groups, the curative effect is remarkable.2.The anti VEGF group was better than the traditional drug treatment group and the traditional medicine + laser treatment group in improving the retinal edema.3.Compared with the traditional medicine + Laser + anti VEGF treatment group and the anti VEGF treatment group, there was no significant difference in the improvement of CMT before and after treatment.
