Objective: To evaluate the noninvasive diagnostic significance of serum ebv-miR-BART13-3p in CHB liver fibrosis stages in Qinghai region,the relationship between serum ebv-mi R-BART13-3p expression levels and the liver fibrosis stages of CHB was analyzed by comparing expression differences of serum ebv-miR-BART13-3p to the different stages of liver fibrosis of the chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients in the Qinghai region.Methods: One hundred CHB patients of different liver fibrosis stages and 20 cases of non-CHB were enrolled from the digestive department of Qinghai province people's hospital from July 2015 to March 2017.The liver fibrosis stages(from F0 to F4)were graded by the kPa value obtained from the Instantaneous Elastic Imaging Detection System(Fibro-Touch).The patients were grouped into four at last: normal control group(20 cases),F0-2 group(36 cases),F2-4 group(44 cases)and liver cirrhosis group(20 cases).The blood routine examination,blood coagulation function,and liver function indexes were detected by electrical impedance,solidification method,and rate method,respectively,whereas liver fibrosis indexes and hepatitis B serum marker(HBV-M)were detected by Radio Immunity and ELISA respectively.Moreover,the serum ebv-miR-BART13-3p and HBV-DNA were measured by fluorescence real-time PCR,and the expression differences of serum ebv-miR-BART13-3p among different stages of liver fibrosis were compared with each other.Results: 1The expression of serum ebv-miR-BART13-3P of F0-2 group,F2-4 group and liver cirrhosis patients are significantly higher than the normal control group.The serum ebv-miR-BART13-3P expression level is increasing by the progressing of the stages of liver fibrosis of CHB.In addition,expression differences among four groups are still statistically significant(P<0.05).2 ROC curves of serum ebv-miR-BART13-3p,liver fibrosis index(PC3,HA)of the different stages of liver fibrosis were compared to weigh the diagnostic value of these index.It showed that the diagnostic value of liver fibrosis by serum ebv-miR-BART13-3p is obviously higher than those of PC3 and HA.3 The correlation analysis between serum ebv-mir-bart13-3p and the hepatic temporal Fibro-Touch kPa value showed that serum ebv-mir-bart13-3p is positively correlated with the value of Fibro-Touch.4 The Serum ebv-mir-bart13-3p in the same CHB fibrosis group is neither significantly different among the nationalities nor different among the inhabitants at different elevations in the Qinghai region(P >0.05).Conclusion: 1 The expression level of serum ebv-miR-BART13-3p is gradually increasing by the progressing of CHB fibrosis stages in the Qinghai region;2 Serum ebv-miR-BART13-3p had high noninvasive diagnostic value in CHB liver fibrosis;3 The expression of serum ebv-miR-BART13-3p is not significantly effected by the different nationalities and elevations in the Qinghai region.
