Application Of Ming Furniture Concept Creations In Modern Interior Design

Nowadays,with the acceleration of urbanization progress,city sculpture has come to the fore in the square,parks and other urban densely populated areas, as a city card and a spirit of the carrier. Under the social background with the pursuit of efficiency, personality, diversification growing, traditional sculpture production process in the modeling of complex structure, reduce costs, improve efficiency disadvantages gradually,at the same time, 3D printing technology appeared to change this situation.It has been recognized and widely used in many industry fields with the characteristics of "increasing material manufacturing", which is opposite to the traditional sculpture concept of "reducing material manufacturing".How to combine with each other effectively,creating a more efficient manufacturing process is the objective of this study.In addition, the incessant updating of digital software and the improvement of virtual display technology have brought great convenience immensely to the city sculpture designers, which is one of the research emphasis in this paper.This paper from the 3D technical manufacture and digital sculpture design, that is, starting with the tow aspects of technology and art,demonstrate to 3D printing technology as a core, supplement by the digital creative means in the feasibility and superiority of the urban sculpture design and manufacture.Comparing 3D printing and digital technology of urban sculpture manufacturing with traditional urban sculpture making comparison, revealed traditional urban sculpture manufacturing constraints faced in the implementation of complex structure and inductive advantages, limitations, achievable range of 3D printing and digital technology in the urban sculpture design and manufacture.Combined with design practice, we design a 3D printing equipment suitable for urban sculpture manufacture and a complete set of work flow in this paper, which provides the basis for the feasibility of 3D printing in the city sculpture design and manufacture.At the same time, this paper also prospects the application of 3D printing and digital technology in the city sculpture.At the same time, the application prospect of 3D printing and digital technology in urban sculpture is also discussed.3D printing and digital technology in the application of urban sculpture can be achieved, through research and analysis, 3D printing and digital technology, although not completely replace the traditional urban sculpture design, and learn from each other can greatly shortenthe production cycle, reduce production cost, rich customization, realize the traditional handmade unattainable precision and structure, help designers with the heart the desire design and manufacturing. This is a new exploration no matter in the field of art and technology.
