After Westernization Movement,and the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-1895.,modern China's thought reform undergone the change of technology artifacts to the political system,then to the people's mind.Liang's "New People" idea was born in such a background.In his opinion,to change chinese people's national spirit,make more chinese people become "New People" so that it is possible to save the nation and the country.So in the late 19th and early 20th century,China set off a wave of "New People" tide?In this paper,"New People" as the main text,and the paper is divided into three parts,in order to explore Liang how to build his "New People" ideal,what kinds of objectives hope to be achieved in this ideal,and how to achieve these goals and other issues,.Using narrative and dialectic method to discuss the narrative start of "New People",the ideal status in "New People" society and the way to achieve the idea of "New People".
