Diaspora synagogue is an important institutionn in Jewish life,but also closely linked with the development of Judaism.Greco-Roman period is an impor tant stage of development of the synagogue mature after the destruction of the Temple synagogue and it was turned into an unique gathering place for Jews.Meanwhile,with the gradual improvement of the internal synagogue ceremony,its contact with Jews' lives are increasingly close.For Diaspora Jews,the synagogue is not only played a major role in politics,but also in economic,social,educationa and so on.Distribution hall is very extensive,and as long as where the Jew is,there will be a synagogue,which is the basis for holding them to monotheism and its own unique culture in conflict pagan culture.Because of the par ticularity of the Jewish people living environment,diaspora synagogues shoulder greater responsibilities and obligations.Diaspora Jewish synagogue which was look as local rulers and communication media completely became one of the community center and isolate a small wor ld for Jewish li fe.Hall was inevitably influenced by the Greco-Roman culture,and the building have a distinctive Greek and Roman features in many ways.But most of the time these features have lost their original religious significance.In short,the role of the synagogue of the Jews and Judaism goes without saying that the Diaspora to par ticipate in all aspects of life,and even affects a lot of Greek and Roman people.This article mainly discuss a Roman synagogue Greece comprehensively,including the origin and development of rheological halls,as well as integration and conflict with the aliens in the process.
