| Animal fables always use the method of personification to combine the natural characters of animals with sociality of mankind, in order to give people warning and learning, tolet them understand some common philosophy. In this paper,the authors tudied on " the story of dyed-hair fox " which is widely spread in Mongolian areas. The research methods of typing and motif in folk tales were incorporated in this study to deeply investigate the spread, type, motif and cultural connotation of " dyed-hair fox story ".This research paper is composed of four parts including introduction, main text (chapters 1-3), conclusion and references.In introduction, the research meaning, research survey, main results, material sources and methodology were outlined.In chapter 1, the spread " history of dyed-hair fox" in Mongolian areas is mainly investigated by serially through introducing the spread of this story in India, Han, Tibetan and Mongolian nationality areas. The author tried to points out that the spread of Tibetan Buddhism in Mongolian areas is the main reason of the spread of this story in Mongolian areas.In chapter 2, the author tried to use the research methodsof typing and motif in folk tales to conclude that this story undergoes long evolutionary process during its spread and absorption of Mongolian culture elements and has already equiped with the character ristics of localization.In chapter 3,the author intended to investigate the cultural connotation of this story deeply. and to analyze the human natures of disguise, exaggeration, self-defeating which embodied in this story, meanwhile this research paper also gave some attention to the traces of original religion and Buddhist doctrines reflected in the story. |
