Mindfulness is conscious awareness, live in the present, not to judge. In the field of counseling and psychotherapy, psychotherapy theory of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy is becoming the third wave. However, whether at home or abroad, whether for mindfulness admission commitment to the promotion of sports background, college students, studies are rare. Appearance comes from mental skills training is an important means and methods of training for athletic training have basic experience of individuals, the system follows the appearance of training can enhance athletic performance training participants to a large extent, and their psychology the state has a positive regulatory role.In this study, the Capital Institute of Physical golf elective college students as subjects, the use of the experimental group- the control group before test after test experimental design, compare MAC-based mindfulness intervention(experimental group) and the appearance of intervention(control group) Elective Students Movement for golf affect performance and psychological benefits, both to explore their effect, and also compare the two interventions of different effects.As an argument interventions, the experimental group of subjects according to MAC Sports Training manual 6-week intervention, once a week, every 70-90 minutes; the control group using the appearance of self training, the same time and the number of interventions.For due to the measurement variables, sports performance, with a golf putt putt greens simulator measurement results, including scores and big hole hole score two indicators. Psychological benefits, the state adopted a simplified smooth scale action admission questionnaire, five-factor mindfulness scale, sports and other tools to measure anxiety scale.Research result:(1) sports performance, mindfulness group, appearance before and after the intervention group, each putt score has significantly improved, which mindfulness group than in the group representation putt score(holes) statistical results showed edge significantly. But those two interventions putt score(large hole) impact effect is not significant;(2) psychological benefits of group representation aspect, avoidance behavior has not decreased, indicating accepted action levels did not change significantly difference; fluidity slight increase, but the change is not significant; cognitive anxiety changed little difference; somatic anxiety change not significant, state self-confidence has improved, the difference was not significant.(3) psychological aspects of group benefits mindfulness, avoidance behavior was significantly decreased, indicating its acceptance of action to enhance the level; fluidity was significantly improved, significantly decreased levels of cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety feel improved significantly; the state did not significantly enhance the level of self-confidence.(4) Results from the comparison group mindfulness and Idea group, the scale of action after receiving mindfulness group measured lower than the appearance of the group, the corresponding empirical avoid reduction; somatic anxiety measured after the mindfulness group scored higher than the appearance of the group, explained mindfulness group more sensitive to somatic anxiety experience; a low level of anxiety after the mindfulness group cognitive test than the group representation, statistics showed borderline significant, indicating reduced cognitive anxiety level; posttest mindfulness group confidence level but lower than group representation.Analysis conclusion:(1) Mindfulness interventions and interventions for enhancing the appearance of motion exercise training results participants who have significantly improved effect;(2) Mindfulness intervention to some extent alleviate the campaigners avoidance behavior; enhance participants' own physical state of awareness; while the experience of awareness has a certain ability to accept.(3) The appearance of intervention to some extent, enhance the participants' self-confidence motion level.
