The thesis The Research On Jamyang·Tubudan uses research method of Sociology and cultural anthropology to have a comprehensive study on Chinese contemporary Buddhist master Jamyang·Tubudan.The thesis consists of four parts:introduction, main body, summary, and reference.The introduction part discusses the topic basis, research situation, topic purpose and significance, data sources, research methods and existing problems, etc.First chapter is the introduction to Jamyang·Tubudan, which mainly states the whole life experience that how Jamyang·Tubudan fall in love with Tibetan Buddhism. Thereinto, his life is divided into four stages: childhood, youth, mature period and old age. Through these four stages, the thesis analyzes his whole life in detail and studies the Buddhism which Jamyang·Tubudan had devoted his whole life to.The second chapter is about Jamyang·Tubudan and his Buddhism career. Firstly it analyzes the works of Jamyang·Tubudan to study his contribution to Buddhism, and then it studies his influence on the spread and development of Tibetan Buddhism since the reform and opening-up in China.The summary part states that is a outstanding activist and communicator since the reform and opening-up in China, and has a function of pushing on the development of Tibetan Buddhism.In s ummary, Jamyang·Tubudan of Tibetan Buddhism spread and development to make the contribution from three aspects were summarized.
