On Cheng Xianzhang

Through the author research method,Thedissertation analyzes Cheng Xianzhang,a Hakka author specializes in writing on Hakka culture,who has been engaged in writing as a profession for more than 50 years?Combined with the writer's life experience and literature course to Analysis of writer the perceptual and the rational understanding of the hakka culture.Throughout Cheng Xianzhang multiple period works,his novels mostly describe the Hakka people and stories in Hakka regions,which makes the characters,customs and language style in his works full of strong Hakka local characteristics.This paper will analyze the Cheng's three representatives of Zhangtian He Zhuan,Yanzhi He and God·Tiger·Dog to explore the writer's writing style and characteristics in different periods based on writer's life and writing experiences.All his life was committed to carry forward the hakka culture,Cheng infuses Hakka cultural quintessence into his literature creation,shows the sense of responsibility of popularizing Hakka culture,writes Hakka stories from Hakka perspective to promote the development of Hakka literature,also for the construction of "cultural Meizhou" such as to participate in the process of forming hakka academy,founded the first writer manor,collect donation hakka cultural relics and so on.His great distributions to Hakka literature is also of special significance and value in Chinese modern literature.
