Research On The Wetland Park Design Based On The Environmental Psychology

As an important part of the national wetland system,wetland park play an effective role in ecological functions and social service functions,the development of wetland park start late in our country,we can learn relative few from existence experiences and models,there is a copy or imitation of the practice of other type park,the blind pursuit of beauty ignore the impact on the wetland environment of human beings.The wetland park design is not only the design of the physical environment and the blind pursuit of subjective aesthetic consciousness,the human factor should be taken into account,make the relationship between human beings and wetland environment become an integral part of the design of the wetland park design.This paper took the view of the environmental psychology to discuss the design of the wetland park design.Environmental psychology is a scientific study of the relationship between the physical environment and human behavior,which want to deal with the contradictions between wetland environment and human beings effectively.Famous planner Kevin Lynch draw five elements in his study of the image of the city,that is path,edge,domain,node and landmark.This paper took the five elements as clues,select the environment cognitive theory,spatial behavior theory and arousal theory,in the view of the environmental theory to analyze the particularity of the five elements in the wetland park.Take the example of the Xixi wetland park and combined with the environmental psychology to discuss the relationship between wetland environment and human beings.Finally,take the Beijing Zhangziying wetland park as a practice target,make a design of the entrance space and waterfront space,to explore ways and means of the wetland park design by the application of the environmental psychology.The application of the environmental psychology is mainly reflected in the following three aspects:1.Provided environmental information is a prerequisite for behavior,human behavior is the response to the environmental stimulate,by regulating environmental stimulates can adjust the behavior of visitors.2.Spaec is a place for human behavior,master the activity patterns of the visitors,provide visitors more choices and controls.3.Environmental stimulation affects people’s arousal level,control the strength and means of the stimulation,to promote and maintain the arousal level of the visitors.
