Wide Sargasso Sea, a work of Jean Rhys’ 70 th year, it was called the first tale of Jane Eyre in the academic world. The hero and heroine in the understanding of respective exotic image has two properties---- mutual proof and mutual cognition. The two had a new view on each other’s country when they married, and thus affected their life. This article did not focus on feminism and anti-colonialism, on the contrary, on the basis of reading the book thoroughly,the general frame is divided into six parts, and have made a specific study of the exotic image of hero and heroine.Jane Eyre has a profound effect on Wide Sargasso Sea, compared with the Jane Eyre, Wide Sargasso Sea has completely reversed character and words of reverse arrangement. The mixed family images also has a far-reaching influence, whether her family or her native families, this kind of mixed cause serious problems.
