Aesthetic Ritualization And Ritual Aestheticization

In the modern life of prevailing snack culture,the flooding of aesthetic and absence of rituals have caused a series of problems :aesthetic emotions have been downgraded to pure pleasures and enjoyments;the profundity and nobility of aesthetic activities have been dispelled;and the meaningfulness of human life also has been overshadowed.Through the analysis of the connection between aesthetic and rituals,this paper attempts to uncover the lack of aesthetic caused by the lack of rituals and the lack of aesthetic caused by the lack of ritual feelings in today's fast paced life,and also affirms that aesthetic and rituals are of universal value whether in traditional or modern society and they help to realize human beings' “poetic dwelling”.The religious and aesthetic experiences brought about by aesthetic ritualization and ritual aestheticization,can renew and restructure modern man's hearts;restore the inherent religious and poetic sensibilities of human life.The research of aesthetic ritualization and ritual aestheticization help to explain and change the vulgarization,flattening and flooding of aesthetic;retrieve its roles in cultural convergence and social belief in modern life;further restore and enhance the proper and important position of aesthetic and rituals;and finally realize modern man's “poetic dwelling”.
