| Since the study of children’s peers by psychologists,a large number of research results have shown that peers have the status and role that adults can not replace in the socialization of children.It can be seen that peer exclusion is a great obstacle to the social development of children,and it has a great negative impact on the development of children’s physical and mental health and the formation of healthy personality.Because of each child has different about family environment,personality characteristics,ways of thinking,lifestyle.These were resulting in children in the peer exchange process will be a lot of problems,which is the most performance of peer exclusion.Therefore,in the face of the exclusion of children,there is a need for a child to respect and recognize the role of education and to guidance the children.Teachers are important players in the process of children’s growth.They have a certain responsibility for children’s learning and campus life.So the role is undoubtedly non-teachers.Therefore,when teachers face the behavior of children’s exclusion,their emotional attitudes,solutions and so on are related to whether the child’s physical health can grow up.At present,there are few researches on teachers’ research object in the study of peer exclusion behavior,and there are too heavy theoretical and light practice problems in the study of a large number of peer exclusion behaviors.Therefore,it has great practical significance to attach importance to and strengthen the research on the exclusion behavior of children in the eyes of teachers.In this paper mainly uses 24 teachers and 4 classes of teacher management as the research object to carry on two parts qualitative research.this paper use the semi-structured interview method to collect the data of the teachers,convert the collected recordings into the textual data,analyze and encode the interview data using Nvivo.10,and discuss the types and influencing factors of peer exclusion in the teacher’s field of vision.Then,on the basis of this,select the class of interviewedteachers to observaed,detailed records of notes and notes in-depth analysis to explore the teacher management class in the process of case of peer peer exclusion behavior,and status quo of teachers deal with children’ s exclusion.Finally,an effective way for teachers to guide and resolve exclusion among child peers.This study uses qualitative research methods to concluded as follow:(1)In the teacher’s field of vision children,peer exclusion behavior can be divided into five categories: avoid,reject,slander,negation,differential treatment,the longest occurred in the peer repulsion behavior is slander;(2)Teachers think that social behavior,teachers themselves,children learning situation,parents of these four aspects will have an impact on the peer exclusion of children;(3)Misunderstanding or friction,holding strong and weak,group relationship,retreat behavior can cause exclusion between children behavior;(4)Teachers use actively guide,this time here,ignore the neglect,empathy,active communication way to deal with peer exclusion,which is the main way to actively communicate. |
