The Role Of Self-esteem And Social Support In The Relationship Between Extraversion And Life Satisfaction Of Internet Industry's Knowledge Staff:A Serial Mediation Model

Internet as a new industry,the introduction of China has been more than 20 years,as of August 2016,the scale of Chinese Internet users reached 1.07 billion,the Internet penetration rate has reached 51.7%.In the rapid development of the Internet at the same time,but few people concerned about the struggle in the first line of the Internet's knowledge staff themselves.High efficiency,high pressure,long overtime work mode occupies staff too much life time and personal energy,making the quality of life of Internet knowledge workers has declined,so the Internet knowledge workers life satisfaction research is particularly important.From the perspective of positive psychology,this paper explore the mechanism of self-esteem,social support between extroversion and life satisfaction,thus for the healthy development of the internet company's management and employees themselves provide a better theoretical basis,and then adds the positive psychology research.This study takes the knowledge worker of Beijing and Shangha's Internet Company as the research object.The results of statistical analysis showed that: the Big five personality questionnaire and Extroversion subscales scale,the Rosenberg self-esteem scale,the social support scale and the life satisfaction scale,(1)There are significant income level's difference in extroversion,self-esteem and life satisfaction;there is significant gender's difference in self-esteem;Self-esteem and social support in the academic qualifications there are significant differences;There are significant age and marital status' differences in life satisfaction.(2)Self-esteem plays a part of mediating role in the relationship between extroversion and life satisfaction.(3)Social support plays a mediating role in the relationship between extroversion and life satisfaction.(4)Self-esteem and social support in the relationship between extroversion and life satisfaction play a chain intermediary role.(5)In the relationship between extroversion and life satisfaction,the proportion of the mediating role of self-esteem,the mediating role of social support and the role of chain-type intermediary is different.The proportion of the mediating role of social support is the largest.Based on the above findings,we propose that the managers and administrators of the company should carry out some training courses on improving self-esteem for enterprise knowledge workers,and carry out some parent-child activities or teams in the company.Construction interaction,in order to achieve the purpose of improving employee satisfaction with life satisfaction.At the same time,the Internet employees themselves should be sure of the value of self and in the face of setbacks to actively seek the surrounding emotional and material support to enhance their own life satisfaction.
