Research On The Thought And Practice About The Cultural Security Of The Communist Party Of China Since 15th National Congress Of CPC

This study aims to Chinese cultural security since the 15th communist ideology and practice systematically, for the Communist Party of China to enhance the ruling level, to solve the cultural security problem, maintain China cultural security situation, provide reference opinions and suggestions. This study through the text books, historical documents, network materials, interviews and other research methods, on the 15th since the Communist Party's cultural security situation, the historical process of development of the thought of the safety culture in this period of history, the practice of the safety culture and period, carried out a systematic analysis and Study on the evaluation of public cultural safety practices. The author thinks that previously at home and abroad on cultural security research, focusing on politics, state nature and ideology, should pay more attention to the social security culture and individual characteristics; the first and the second generation of central collective leadership of the Communist Party of China, Despite the related discussion on the cultural construction and the crisis but the thought of the safety culture as a concept, until fifteen and late to put forward clearly, only the cultural security practice of the true system; in the sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, the Communist Party of China's cultural security practice has been institutionalized, after eighteen it is the formation of cultural security, including the overall national security concept, achievement of cultural security practice is more abundant and obvious; but it is undeniable that the practice of China's cultural security has many problems can not be ignored, the people to further improve the current cultural security practice satisfaction remains to be. Researchers have called for the Communist Party of China we should pay more attention to the cultural security problem, and enhance the level of the thought and practice about the Cultural Security of the Communist Party of China.
