Contemporary Development Research Of Literary Ethical Criticism

"Literary ethical criticism" refers to a kind of dimension and visual field of literary criticism,which lays particular stress on the relationship between literature and the ethical and moral dimension to study and review of literature,interpretation of ethical relation in literary activities,as well as the ethical significance of the literary value.Literary ethical criticism in China and foreign countries has a long history in the history of literary criticism in the traditional,contemporary literary ethical criticism in China has experienced the tortuous development process from the mission to the Renaissance.Since the new period(Since China's reform and opening up),the contemporary literary ethical criticism has got further development in the new era under the condition of the new development,and it becomes an important form of diversities in the patterns of contemporary open pluralistic literary criticism.The various types of literary ethical criticism in contemporary development patterns,include new moral criticism,narrative ethics,ecological ethics criticism and so on.Among them,some scholars committed to advocate and construct "ethical literary criticism",which is especially worthy of attention and a representative form of ethical criticism.This paper,based on the ethics of literature criticism,on the basis of the traditional conception of history,lays particular stress on new development of literature ethical criticism since the new period,to carry on the systematic theoretical concern compare and research,and makes every effort to get some new understanding and enlightenment.The introduction of this article is mainly about the selection,the research status and the purpose and significance of the research.The main body of the thesis is divided into four chapters.The first chapter begins with a brief trace of the historical tradition of Chinese and western literary ethics criticism,which shows that there is a long history of literary ethics criticism.However,in the development of the contemporary literary criticism,literary ethics criticism has been distorted under the far-left ideological trend influence,or later once fallow by "ethics" rejection in the rise of modern literary criticism thought.With the social and cultural further development changes since new period,the contemporary literary ethical criticism also gradually revive,and it appears the various types of ethical criticism.Among them,the particularly noteworthy phenomenon is the new development of ethical literary criticism.The second chapter mainly discusses the development and theoretical features of the ethical literary criticism.In the contemporary development of the literary ethical criticism,the ethical literary criticism is a new form of criticism that is worth paying attention to.Its formation anddevelopment is influenced by the western ethical criticism,and it is more adapted to the demands of the development of contemporary Chinese culture.It has a certain theoretical characteristics,and it emphasizes that the literature is the art of ethics;it attaches importance to the teaching function of literature,and pays attention to the unity of moral evaluation and aesthetic function,etc.And it is more fully reflected in the criticism practice.This theory has a larger effect than before.The third chapter focuses on the multi-dimensional development of contemporary literary ethical criticism,as well as various other ethical criticism forms.The new forms of literary ethical criticism mainly include human moral and ethical criticism,ecological ethics,sex ethics criticism,political ethical criticism,social criticism,and so on.They have their own characteristics in theory and criticism practice,and each one has its unique significance value.The fourth chapter focuses on the realistic situation and development tendency of contemporary literary ethical criticism.Literary ethical criticism of contemporary development with specific social and cultural context,also has the positive significance to promote the development of literature.Of course there is also some realistic problems in its development process,which are worthy of theoretical reflection.By doing these,we can make it adapt to the times and get the better development.
