The Effect Of Self-construal On The Advice Taking

In daily life,personal decision-making is often inseparable from the proposed adoption process.There are many processes that affect the adoption of recommendations,such as decision-making tasks,suggested features,advisors,and decision makers.The research personality of the decision-makers is more and more concerned by the researchers,but the research mainly concentrates on the individual level of the self-structure,and lacks the self-research of the cultural level of the individual's relationship with others,and the core of the self-Construct.Therefore,this study will focus on the impact of self-structure on the proposed adoption at the level of policy makers' culture.Therefore,this study will be carried out from the following two aspects: the study of a different gender individual self-construction whether there are significant differences;on this basis,to explore whether the differences caused by the self-induced differences proposed.On the basis of research one,the study explores the types of contextual self-construction through experimentation,and explores whether the type of self-construction initiation has an influence on the degree of suggestion.Introduce the grouping of the types of self-tectonic tendencies to explore whether the different types of self-constructive tendencies co-affect the type of self-construction.The study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The interdependent self construct and the independent self construct are not completely separate from each other,and the two tend to exist.Therefore,the independent self construct and the mutual According to the self-concept is more likely to belong to the self-construction of this dimension,is the dimension of the two poles.(2)the different self-construction characteristics of the individual recommendations between the degree of adoption of differences,that is,mutual self-construction of individuals more likely to adopt other people's advice,independent self-building individual is more difficult to adopt other suggestions.(3)There is a causal relationship between the self-construction and the degree of the proposed adoption,but the result is only for those individuals with self-constructual tendencies;and for those who do not have self-Tendency of individual initiation of different types of self-constructs has no significant effect on its proposed adoption.
