Jinan is the millennium city of spring,a world-famous ‘Spring City'.The rapid urbanization has made the mountainous and plain compound city also face serious problems such as severe underlying surface hardening and deterioration of river basin hydrological ecology,resulting in the groundwater level is greatly reduced,karst water cutoff,the spring stopped spewing.The spring water stopped and made the city characteristic of spring city gradually losing.How to feasible and effective carry out the hydrological ecological management of the river basin and make the spring water gushing naturally has become the urgent task of protecting the heritage of the ancient spring in Jinan.By comparing and analyzing the trend of annual average rainfall and spring water flow in Jinan,Longitudinal comparison of the changes of urban land in Jinan for many years to explore the influence of urbanization of Jinan on its regional hydrology,putting forward the method of improving hydrological condition from the point of view of watershed.At the same time,expanding the scope of historical heritage protection,combined with the genesis mechanism of Jinan spring and its flow attenuation reasons,proposed the concept of source protection of historical heritage for the first time.From the macro,meso and micro levels of the city,through introducing the concept of sponge city,rationally arranging the low impact development facilities,and achieving the goal of watershed hydrological ecology management,the natural normality of spring water can be spouted.In order to test the feasibility and feasibility of Jinan spring water heritage source protection planning,this paper finally chooses the mountain city of southern Jinan in a sponge community as a specific case of hydrological ecological management,using the SWMMH storm water management model before and after the construction of sponge communities on regional rainfall runoff simulation,to verify the contents of research of scientific rationality.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Demonstrates the feasibility of the protection of historical heritage source.According to the genesis mechanism of spring water in Jinan,this paper puts forward the idea of protecting the source of spring water heritage.From the macro,meso and micro levels,the ecological restoration and stormwater runoff control objectives and planning scheme are developed.Through the implementation of the plan implementation year spring area rainwater storage permeation rate of 6029000m3 from the source of groundwater fand,ensure perennial gushing springs,so as to achieve the purpose of protecting Jinan spring water heritage.(2)Introducing modern ecological technology to the protection of historical heritage.The reason why the spring stopped spewing in Jinan was that the natural forces that kept it spewing were damaged,therefore,it is different from traditional historical heritage protection methods,the adopted method of heritage restoration is to restore the natural force of spring gushing through ecological management.According to the actual situation in Jinan City,the source of regional rainwater recharge to reduce the problem,using the sponge city,low impact development of modern ecological technology concept of water source of groundwater recharge area for ecological restoration,The storage control of runoff,promote rainwater infiltration,and thus enhance the level of urban underground downstream,promote natural spring water spewing.(3)The construction of sponge cities at watershed scale is beneficial to the restoration and improvement of regional natural hydrological ecology.In this study,according to the calculation of water balance spring area,reach the hydrological ecological restoration target,adopt the sponge city concept,Reasonable layout of low impact development facilities in the water source supply area,flow and penetration of rainwater runoff interception.The total runoff control rate of spring area reaches more than 73%,and the groundwater level in the lower reaches of the city is increased,and the influence of land development and construction in the region on the whole spring area is weakened.
