A Study On Uighur Person Names In The Context Of Information

The standardization work of the transliteration of the Uyghur names has always been the key work in the process of minority languages.Especially in recent years,with the natural language processing information degree deepened,the standardization work of Uygur names not only involves whether the translation of transliteration names is standard,but also relates to the accuracy and efficiency of transliteration of names in the information processing environment.Therefore,on the basis of the field investigation,this article makes a linguistic discussion on 527(Split after 1046)transliteration Uygur names by using the sociolinguistic method,which can not only realize the information processing technology named entity recognition,Machine Translation and other language foundations' learning,corpus of enrichment,but can also practice the information processing social level's accurate and efficient.The research work of this article mainly includes three parts.One is the study of transliteration of Uighur names of name affixes,the other is the study of transliteration of Uyghur syllables,and the third is the study of transliteration Uygur names separation dot ".".The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Analysis the characteristics of affix of Uyghur language,put forward the definition of the transliteration of names of "name affixes",and summed up the syllable structure of Uyghur names,points out the current status and causes of the non-standard translations of Uyghur names of name affixes.Then distinguishing the differences of the syllabic structure characteristics between Chinese and Uyghur,and it is proved from the side that the inevitability trend of the length of the syllable and the necessity of the information processing standard.(2)Construction of the transliteration of names of name affixes rules repository,(Including:the transliteration of Uygur name's front name prefix rule repository,posterior name suffix rule repository,male and female's common name affixes rule repository)made applicable to the names of the Uyghur syllable segmentation principle,simplified transliteration syllable and individual consonant's related measures,all of which can be directly applied to the double background of name information processing.(3)In the form of questionnaire survey,integration the separation dot "·"'s related problems for the information processing and the Uygur people who living in the inland,as well as people's attitude towards the development of the separation dot"·",and finally puts forward some feasible suggestions also has the important value of linking the theory with life practice.Language science is the bridge between the humanities and the natural sciences,this article takes the sociolinguistic study of language in science as a starting point,takes the information processing of computer linguistics as the direction,and to solve the social problems of real life as the goal,basically realizing the transliteration of the Uyghur name's standardized work which has a closely relationship with the Uygur people.It can be said that the smooth implementation of the work can not only achieve the national language standard target,to provide practical basis and technical support for the information processing of the transliteration of the Uyghur names,to achieve effective resolution of social conflicts,improve the work efficiency and save resource costs,but can also provide a more economical means of communication between the nationalities,enhance the mutual understanding and communications,and finally realize the full acceptance of the transliteration of Uighur names and the purpose for the integration of multi-national communications.
