In modern times,with the rapid rise in the birth rate of Japan,the emerging capitalist economy can not provide the corresponding jobs,forcing the Japanese to migrate overseas.As Mexico is sparsely populated and lacks labor,it is an important country for Japan to immigrate to Latin America.Minister of Foreign Affairs Enomoto Wu Yang actively encourage immigrants to Mexico,established in Mexico Enomoto immigration.Due to ill-planned,action hasty,Enomoto immigration plan ended in failure.Since 1901,migrant companies have contracted the Japanese to migrate to Mexican affairs,and a large number of Japanese workers have entered the northern Mexican industrial and mining and large-scale farms.But immigrants only to Mexico as a transit point to enter the United States,after the short-term work to the United States.As Japan immigrated too much,too fast to enter the United States,led to the legitimacy of the US immigration policy crisis,Japan and the United States conducted negotiations on the issue of immigration,in February 1908 reached a famous gentleman agreement,the Japanese government "Restrictions on immigrants to the United States,making Mexico's attraction to the Japanese immigrants greatly reduced,the number of Mexican population plummeted.Japanese immigrants working in Mexico,due to the difficulty of entering the United States,began to consider settling in Mexico,fleeing industrial and mining enterprises,most of the labor business or in the city as domestic workers.After the outbreak of the Mexican revolution in 1913,the industrial and mining enterprises in the north were discontinued and the unemployment was serious.The army also looted the farm operated by the Japanese immigrants.Many immigrants were displaced or returned to South America,and the number of Japanese descent dropped.Part of the immigrants forced to livelihood,to participate in the revolution,the soldiers pay,immigrants to the cause of Mexico into a low tide.After the Mexican revolution,with the political stability,economic recovery,many immigrant relatives have moved to Mexico,Mexico,the increasing number of Japanese,Japanese-owned farms and shops continue to develop.Japanese immigrants in the low California region of Mexico began to build large farms,and from Japan to recruit a large number of immigrants,the distribution of land co-operation.In the 1930 s,the Japanese occupation had changed,and the number of Japanese people practicing in the cities increased markedly.The Japanese enterprises have made remarkable achievements in theirmodernization and scale development.With the increase in the number of families,the number of immigrants and wives more than the number of practitioners,the formation of a stable family structure.Local Japanese associations have set up and founded the Japanese press,as a link and unity of Japanese ties,the formation of a stable Japanese immigrant society.During the Pacific War,like other Latin American Japanese,Mexican Japanese also suffered persecution,forced detention,part of the property was confiscated.Until the end of the war,Japanese was lifted to restrain normal work and life.
