In 1600,a Dutch ship Liefde drifting to Japan was a prelude to the grand exchanges between the two countries.In 1609,The Dutch India Company began its business in japan.With the implementation of the Japanese sakoku policy,Holland became the only European country witch can do business with Japan.In 1641,the Dutch Trading Post on Dejima was built and became the only organization between European and Japan during the sakoku period.European culture,technology,knowledge is everfount spread to Japan,in Japan after a long time of transmission and integration after the formation of Rangaku.In 218 years of Sakoku period,the Dutch Trading Post on Dejima become Japan's window to learn western culture,and played an important role in the process of modernization in Japan.Based on the use of a large number of research results taking Museum of literature and research institutions and experts and scholars on the background of the establishment of the Dutch Trading Post on Dejima,scale and management,regional culture transmission and culture development is investigated and analyzed,the Sakoku period of the Dutch Trading Post on Dejima of the "cultural window" function were studied.This paper consists of four parts: introduction,main body,reference and appendix.The main text is divided into five parts:The first part is about the background of the establishment of the Dutch Trading Post on Dejima.Taking the year of 1600 as the node,to observe the changes of 1600 in Japan and Holland's situation,and the changes in 1600 to the Dutch Trading Post on Dejima before the establishment of bilateral relations.Through the above study,the reasons of the Dutch Trading Post on Dejima,the grand period of Sakoku policy of engagement to make brief analysis.The second part is to inspect the scale and management of the Dutch Trading Post on Dejima and analyze the cultural exchange in the operation of the commercial pavilion.The third part is the transmission of culture,namely through the grand trade and the Dutch translator,western language books and words begin it's study into Japan.The fourth part is to investigate the path of regional dissemination of Western European culture.Through the geographical spread of the Edo Sanpu and Nagasaki study tour and langaku contact comb,to explore the regional development of cultural communication.The fifth part is epilogue,which summarizes and evaluates the cultural communication function of the Dutch Trading Post on Dejima.
