Development Status And Inheritance Research Of Suzhou Jade Carving Under The Perspective Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Since the beginning of the last century,Suzhou jade carving have gradually get rid of the existing program of the imitation of archaic jade.The majority of practitioners have kept refining the fine genes in the traditional jade culture,and combine them with the art aesthetic standards and values times of the times,pursuing elegant conception and deep connotation in the limited jade.Today Suzhou jade carving has been full of vitality and vigor,attracting the attention of peers of jade carving from all over the country.Suzhou's jade carving enjoys a high status in Chinese jade carving sector because of it's dominate skills,which is the result of all the factors existing in the nature and society reinforcing each other.Generations of jade carving craftsman have deduced the heritage and variation of Suzhou jade carving culture,having built a unique jade carving style.The jade culture of China has a long and continuous history.It can be said that no country in the world can use jade as widely as China,and also no country will raise it to the height of culture.Jade culture has penetrated to all aspects of Chinese people's social life and has had a broad and far-reaching impact on their ideological awareness,cultural literacy and living habits."Suzhou jade carving" was included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage protection list in 2008.Suzhou jade carving has a great geographical characteristics and historical influence,and began to cause the attention of all sectors of society,but in the process of the research,protection and development of Suzhou jade carving there still exists some urgent problems to be solved,such as:the research is not systematic enough;there exists blindness in the market competition;too much Imitation and plagiarism and too much pursuit of economic interests etc.How to solve these problems and reach the balance of interests of all parties is the most urgent subject of Suzhou jade carving inheritance,development and non-heritage protection,and the core issues that I have to discuss and solve.This paper selected the state-level intangible cultural heritage "Suzhou jade carving" as the object of research,Suzhou jade carving,with its long history and distinctive regional characteristics,is a typical representative of traditional Chinese craft,with high research value.This paper,with the history of Suzhou jade carving and non-heritage protection as the main body of the research,discusses and explores the Suzhou jade carving history and the reasons for the formation of Suzhou jade carving industry.And then I had a field investigation and study to listen to the real voice of the jade carving practitioners,inheritors and experts and scholars,also I have had a in-depth study,analysis of the production process and status quo of the heritage,and put forward new ideas about the Suzhou jade carving inheritance and protection through field visits,and collection of the first-hand information.I put forward countermeasures for the inheritance and protection of Suzhou jade carving production skills,and at the same time,provide a new practical reference case for the protection and research of the similar manual skills in other regions.
