Manichaeism is an ancient world religion that founded in Western Asia in the third century A.D.,where the Eastern and Western cultures exchanged.If Manichaeism want to survive in the cracks of several major religious such as Jewish,Christian,Zoroastrianism and Buddhism,it must have its unique way.Mani,the founder of this religion,wish to spread his creed not only in Parhia but throughout the world.Manichaeism will face many difficulties realizing such a goal.As the up-and-coming youngsters,Manichaeism had been banned by other religions.So that this form of civil disobedience is a particularly new phenomenon in the history of religion.By reading a lot of literature,it combed systematically the historical spreading of Manichaeism.There are two basic strategies in Manichaeism's communication history.The first is reference experience and expression everywhere in the world.The second is rely on the powerful kingship.Through these ways,people converted to Mani's creed,and Manichaeism became a state religion.References and relying on the kingship to preach are two basic strategies which are followed by believers in thousands of years.There are pros and cons to these methods.They are the main reasons that the Manichaeism has had its ups and downs.
