Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Cultural And Creative Industry In Chongqing

As an emerging industry that promotes economic development,cultural creative industry has prosperously developed around the world.Since the reform and opening up,our country has made great achievement in aspects of economy,politics and society.Nevertheless,compared with other countries in the world,our country lays less emphasis on cultural development with cultural creative industry being narrow and slow in aspects of development scale and speed.Currently,China has regarded cultural creative industry as an important strategy that stimulates social structure transformation and economic development,the development of which will be greatly supported.Since Chongqing is the rising important economic development center in west regions,study of its development mode is of great significance for cultural creative industry development of other regions,which provides precious experience for industry development of other cities.It is also in favor of adjusting the industrial structure,reasonable layout of market structure and improving its comprehensive competitive power for Chongqing to support and cultivate cultural creative industry.Based on defining relevant concept of cultural creative industry,this paper analyzes current development situation of cultural creative industry in Chongqing,finds that certain achievements have been made in the process of industrial development.Nevertheless,there are problems of insufficient creativity for the enterprise,small industry scale and lacking of intellectual property protection,targeting which the author proposes corresponding countermeasures from perspectives of governmental system environment,cultural resource environment,creative talents environment and laws & regulation environment,thus contributing to the research of cultural creative industry environment in Chongqing.
