On the basis of Shulman(1986)teacher's pedagogical knowledge(PCK),Mishra and Koehler(2005)proposed the integrated technology of subject pedagogical knowledge(TPACK).The TPACK model includes the continuous infiltration of the teaching of technical factors,not only for teachers to provide more learning resources,but also for teachers in classroom teaching to provide many new technologies.Teacher learning is an effective way to help achieve professional development,but also to improve their teaching ability.This study is based on the TPACK,combined with the constructive theory and adult learning theory,the construction process of using classroom observation and interviews to explore the College English teachers' learning,and how to construct knowledge through self learning.The research shows that the constructive learning model of College English teachers in TPACK includes individual new knowledge construction,solution implementation,teaching resource sharing and teaching achievement evaluation.The paper includes seven chapters.Chapter one:introduction.This paper describes the research background,research significance and research questions to explore whether the study has practical significance.Chapter two:literature review.By reading the relevant literature of teaching learning and TPACK,we can understand the significance of teachers' professional development.Chapter three:theoretical basis.Based on the theory of adult learning and constructive learning theory,this paper expounds the theoretical source of teacher learning model.Chapter four:research design.This paper describes the research methods,the selection of the research team members and the establishment of the research object.Chapter five:the construction and principle analysis of College English teachers' learning model based on TPACK.Based on the TPACK,this paper constructs a model of College English teachers' individual knowledge collaborative development and gives the corresponding interpretation.Chapter six is the case study and analyze case teaching in English teachers based on TPACK.Based on the case study of College English reading and writing course,this chapter analyzes how college English teachers improve their teaching ability based on TPACK,and analyze the final results.Chapter seven:conclusion.Summarize the research results,innovations and deficiencies of this paper,as well as the inspiration and prospect of the research.
