A Co Mparative Study Of Line Language In Chinese And Western Oil Painting

Painting is a creative process,painting works is the result of the creation,oil painting as a category of painting,is also the case.Oil painting is a purposeful,planned,repeated practice of the process,but also the process of continuous improvement.This paper focuses on the language of painting,lines,understand the role of lines of Western painting from the point of view,at the same time,the analysis of creation of Western painting by Van Gogh and Picasso for example in the creation of painting lines,China by Lin Fengmian,Wu Guanzhong,Dong Xiwen and Liu Xiaodong as an example of the lines,in contrast to Western painting,find the lines in the west the oil paintings of the similarities and differences.This paper also explores the origin and status analysis,in line of Western oil painting in the lines of the expression transfer media,line form and emotion,as well as the use of lines,oil painting nationalization,so as to reveal the lines in Chinese and Western painting aesthetic language expression and use,as specified the future direction of oil painting,forming the line using the idea of creation.
