A Treatise On The "Lightness" Of Fiber

By discussing the “fiber”,this paper reveals the hidden nature of the “fiber”——light,and the concept of “light” has been extended further through three aspects:material forms,diversification and feminine traits.The material form in fiber art expresses physically “light”,it is the embodiment of micromorphology and quality;from the aspect of diversification,“light” performs the form of liberalization,differentiation,non-centrality;in the aspect of femininity,fiber art acts as sensual,instinctive,mysterious “light”,it enriches and softens the artistic concept of male characteristics.In the second part,this paper discusses gravely “light”.When aims at current problems,the “light” provides a flexible and returnable route,which makes fiber art vitality and limited freedom.“Light” of the fiber is not limited in physical aspect,but more about differences and freedom.This kind of “light” is about salvation,so art can be produced dynamically.
