In the past,the museum display often display exhibits in a conventional and rigid way,but after the traditional graphic display stage,cultural relics display stage,and combined with the static scene design stage wee gone through,the modern museum display stay no longer in passive display,it is developing in a more and more diversified way.The museum display is a flow system of“people-events-things" and an important way to achieve the museum.With the advent of service economy era,the construction of museum display need new design concept to help visitors get a good visiting experience,so as to improve the quality of museum service.The touch point can interface with the various elements in the service system.The rational construction of touch point in service system is an effective way to promote the quality of service and realize the core service delivery.In this paper we try to use the service management,communication and other relevant theory from the perspective of design major.First,we determine the position and effect of touch point in the service system and the type of touch point in the museum display,second we analysis the service content that realize the spread,society,education function of museum,then we use questionnaire to collect and analysis visitor demand of museum display service,and combined with cognitive behavior of communication theory and fixed point observation method to analysis the user behavior.In the last,the main subject of this study is the construction idea of touch point in museum display system,study the method and principle of touch point construction to realize the service content that meet the visitor need and behavior characteristics.Based on the above thinking,the author gives three aspects about the construction ideas:First,show all the touch point in the service process completely by means of service blueprint;Second,analysis the touch point of various period to explore whether it can assist to realize the museum function,and in the meantime meet the visitor need and behavior characteristics;Third,according to study results,the construction of touch point should keep the principle of relevance and consistency.This paper presents a visitor-oriented museum display touch point construction principle and try to build a reasonable museum display touch point by excellent service flow,discuss the service content offered by the museum which meet visitor need.We provide a reference for the future development of museum to achieve the purpose of effectively serve the visitor effectively.
