Based on Mcluhan's media theory as the starting point to expound the perspective of the painting relationship.Firstly, around the "media is the extension of man" to explore the media and perception, and interpretation of the myth of Narcissus by Mcluhan from the image and sensory experience between the angle of perspective in painting. In the second chapter, the media history divided by Mcluhan is set as the dimension of time, taking Alberti, cubism and Duchamp as examples respectively to differentiate perspective change in the development of media history and the evolution of watching mechanism in painting. With the help of the world of technology, the concept of perspective can be expanded, breaking the limitations of the two-dimensional plane, and the function of perspective also changes from imitation and reproduction to reproduction and simulation. The third chapter will take this as the background,to explore the artists in the media development with a new look at the real world in which the reality: rely on photography to achieve realistic, computer quantitative perspective until " real-time" virtual image, but this also does not escape from the perspective of the image based on the meaning of the image.People living in the same plane as the projection of a common virtual world illusion. In the use of perspective to create the painting space:the person is in the painting, not painting outside, the building and the virtual reality of the information age immersion of an identical nature. As Mcluhan used the Narcissus as narcosis to express the sense of crisis and anxiety about the infiltration of the media. In the course of media and perspective, this paper attempts to show an attitude: for artists,it is important how to maintain a sense of awareness to face the media penetration, rather than to lose the ability to contend with.
