| In the Internet age, the network names become a new theme in the linguistics research. In recent years, with the bloom development of various online Journalism sites and news APP,network news in our life has a bigger and bigger influence, various network news accounts also attract the attention of the Linguistic researchers. As the name people use when they register in the network news website or the APP, network news account nickname is a symbol in the network world, it has connection with previous network names such as the QQ nickname, at the same time, it is different from QQ nickname. This paper selects 2000 typical network news accounts and randomly selected 2000 QQ nicknames to build a small corpus. On the basis of MyZiCiFreq,EXCEL and other software, we take the combination of comparison and analysis,combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, combination of induction and interpretation as mainly research methods to study them. For the nonstandard language that two kinds of network nickname both have, we put forward our suggestion.The paper consists of five parts as follows:The first part is introduction, we review the study of network names by previous scholars, introduce the essence of network news and network news account, QQ and QQ nicknames, define the research object of this paper, explain the source of corpus and research methods.The second part is the comparison of surface language between network news account and QQ nicknames. First, study the elements that compose the network news account and QQ nickname, we get that the pure Chinese characters is the main form for the two kinds of net names. For the network news accounts and QQ nicknames that consist of pure Chinese characters , the length of the syllable, the frequency of the word and the syntactic structure are compared and the differences between them are explained.The third part carries on the analysis and comparison of the semantic content of the two types of net names that consist of pure Chinese characters. Not only the overall comparison of the network news accounts and QQ nicknames, also the internal comparison for news account nicknames between different areas of the network.Evaluating and explaining the difference between them.In the fourth part, we make a comparative study of the rhetorical methods used by the two types nicknames consisting of pure Chinese characters. Not only making a detailed list of the rhetoric methods and its examples, but also calculating the number of net names used for each rhetoric. At last, we describe and explain the difference between the two.The fifth part mainly reveals the social and cultural psychology and value reflected by the network news accounts and QQ nicknames. At the same time, for the net names that full of vulgar taste, we put forward corrective measures. |
